Welcome! EmpowerU Educator PD is a professional development course that will help you be a better educator while better supporting your students mental health needs. At the same time, you'll focus on supporting your own mental health and resilience. 

Marshall County Central Schools has partnered with EmpowerU to provide this online, on-demand professional development program to teach you skills that will benefit yourself, your staff, and your students.  

The course is super flexible and done at your own time at your own pace. Throughout the course, you get your own EmpowerU coach that provides your personalized feedback to help you apply the concepts to your personal goals.

By the end of the course, you'll be able to apply these skills to help build your resilience, coping and purpose.  

This personalized learning course will take approximately 12 hours to complete and you will receive a $200 stipend from the district upon completion. It is being offered free of charge by Marshall County Central Schools.

Deadline to register is February 27th. The course will begin March 1 and must be completed by April 15th in order to receive the stipend.
