Welcome! EmpowerU  professional development course helps you be a better educator/parent while better supporting your students/child's mental health needs. At the same time, you'll focus on supporting your own mental health and resilience. 

EmpowerU is an online, on-demand professional development program to teach you skills that will benefit yourself and your students/children. 

This course is done at your own time at your own pace. Throughout the course, you get your own EmpowerU coach that provides your personalized feedback to help you apply the concepts to your personal goals.

By the end of the course, you'll be able to apply key concepts to your personal goals - to help build your resilience, coping and purpose.  

This personalized learning course will take approximately 6 hours to complete. You will receive a certificate of completion for 6 continuing education credits.
