Welcome!

EmpowerU's Educator Resilience and Mental Health Training is a 6-hour self-paced course designed to support educator wellbeing.  

In this course, educators and leaders learn evidence-based strategies to improve their own wellness and create resilient school or district communities.  

Rooted in behavioral science, educators will learn strategies to:

- Improve their emotional regulation and stress management skills
- Model and teach positive behaviors and mental wellness habits to their staff and students
- Improve school or district culture by creating psychological safety

Throughout the course, each participant is paired with a highly-credentialed EmpowerU instructor who provides asynchronous feedback after each lesson, helping them apply course content to their own real-life situations.

By learning skills to support their own wellbeing, educators complete EmpowerU equipped with a toolbox of strategies to use personally and professionally – and with their entire school or district communities, too.

This course will take approximately 6 hours to complete. After finishing the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion for 6 continuing education credits.
